Lance was extremely professional handled my Apportioned and Motorcycle registration. Get a truck plates and registration is quite complex process, required experience and knowledge. Lance is definitely the best, I have another auto tag agency closed to my home, but I prefer drive 90 miles to 309 Auto Tags.

I visited this location under the previous intention to go to the DMV to get a copy of my registration but turns out it expired last month and they set me up with a 2 yr registration & a copy of my current financial insurance card since the copy in my car was starting next month. The staff here were very professional, kind and friendly to interact with and do business. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone I know.

Excellent service!

I called ahead and the staff was very polite and professional and advised me what the costs would be beforehand which I appreciated. I went in for a title & plate transfer and was out within 15 minutes. Very friendly staff and the office is very neat and clean. All COVID-19 precautions are in place as well. I would highly recomend using 309 Auto Tags. They have earned my continued business.

This was the only Title and Tag agency open the day after Christmas in my area (Sellersville). Well worth the drive to have such kind and understanding individuals take car of my title and registration needs. They were prompt and explained everything I needed to know. They also were extremely nice and very patient with me. Most other places rush you out or are short with you when you have questions. Lance and his team were extremely professional and kind. The reviews don't lie about this place! Great prices for being a third party title agency as well! Will definitely make the drive in the future for all my title, registration, and notary needs! Lance was extremely helpful in getting my apportioned plates for my new truck. The application for apportioned plates is quite complex and requires almost 10-12 different documents. Lance patiently walked me through each document and was transparent about where I might run into difficulty. He was always promptly available by phone or email and he made sure to verify all my documents before coming into the office. Therefore, when I came to the office I only had to sign paperwork, was finished in about 30 minutes, and walked out the door with my truck's temporary cab card and registration! I highly recommend 309 Auto Tags for fast and efficient service. Save time and your sanity and call or visit Lance today!

I had a problematic title registration purchasing a fleet vehicle. I went elsewhere first, and after a week and half of back and forth looked for and found an alternative at 309 Auto Tags. Caryn amazingly navigated the bureaucracy within minutes and I was out the door with registration task complete under 30 minutes. She clearly has a direct line to the best contacts. I visited 309 Auto Tags today to transfer title of a car to my 23yo daughter. The agent was super helpful and suggested transferring the license plate (I guess since the transfer is to family member living with me) which saved me some of the cost.

They agent was very pleasant , friendly and professional and we got great service.

I have used them before and got great service then as well, so I am now a repeat customer and likely a customer for life.

The people at this establishment have no clue what they are doing. One of the ladies filed my registration improperly then after giving me the run around for nearly 6 months, then she had the audacity to blame me for her mistake, and when a refund was requested THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK for services that i never received. I paid for my registration through 309 Auto Tags and i never even got it from them, i had to drive 2.5 hours away to harrisburg to get my plate, and this was after i had already paid 309 Auto Tags 6 months prior, then i paid again at PennDot since 309 Auto Tags was incapable of completing this simple service. Additionally, the managers have poor customer service skills and were actually hanging up on me multiple times because i was asking to get the money that they STOLE from me. They claim money was submitted to penndot and that is the reason they cannot refund, and she told me that penndot was sending me a check, neither of which are true. After multiple conversations with penndot, the representative told me that the title/tags agency is completely responsible for any and all refunds since they were the ones that wrote the check to penndot. Do not use this business, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, then blame you.

What can I say? It's now my new permanent go to place! 309 Auto Tags in Colmar PA right on 309 Bethlehem Pike !! Where Lansdale, Hatfield, Montgomeryville, New Britain, Chalfont and Hilltown meet . They are the best! Thorough, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, patient everything you always wanted from a great business. Caryn (with a "C") took the time to explain everything informed us how the rules and laws are setup. Gave us a step by step instructions on how to follow through. Great facility contemporary and clean. Lance the owner welcomed you with open arms. Made you feel like you've been doing business for decades with them. I would highly recommend to everyone and anyone!!
