I visited this location under the previous intention to go to the DMV to get a copy of my registration but turns out it... expired last month and they set me up with a 2 yr registration & a copy of my current financial insurance card since the copy in my car was starting next month. This was the only Title and Tag agency open the day after Christmas in my area (Sellersville). Well worth the drive to... have such kind and understanding individuals take car of my title and registration needs. They were prompt and explained everything I needed to know. Lance was extremely helpful in getting my apportioned plates for my new truck. The application for apportioned plates... is quite complex and requires almost 10-12 different documents. Lance patiently walked me through each document and was transparent about where I might run into difficulty. He was always promptly available by phone or email and he made sure to verify all my documents before coming into the office. Therefore, when I came to the office I only had to sign paperwork, was finished in about 30 minutes, and walked out the door with my truck's temporary cab card and registration! The people at this establishment have no clue what they are doing. One of the ladies filed my registration improperly... then after giving me the run around for nearly 6 months, then she had the audacity to blame me for her mistake, and when a refund was requested THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK for services that i never received. I paid for my registration through 309 Auto Tags and i never even got it from them, i had to drive 2.5 hours away to harrisburg to get my plate, and this was after i had already paid 309 Auto Tags 6 months prior, then i paid again at PennDot since 309 Auto Tags was incapable of completing this simple service. Additionally, the managers have poor customer service skills and were actually hanging up on me multiple times because i was asking to get the money that they STOLE from me. They claim money was submitted to penndot and that is the reason they cannot refund, and she told me that penndot was sending me a check, neither of which are true. After multiple conversations with penndot, the representative told me that the title/tags agency is completely responsible for any and all refunds since they were the ones that wrote the check to penndot. Do not use this business, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, then blame you.read more

Where Lansdale, Hatfield, Montgomeryville, New Britain, Chalfont and Hilltown meet . They are the best!
